Those non-existent fraudulent voters are, well, mounting up

Remember Donald Trump’s claim that the only reason Hillary Clinton won more popular votes in the election than he did was because of voter fraud? Remember the way he was howled down on the grounds that there was no evidence that a single vote had been fraudulently cast? Remember how Trump doubled down on his claim, and how this was said to provide yet further proof of his lying nature?

Well, guess what – an inquiry by the Republican Speaker of the New Hampshire House Shawn Jasper has discovered that more than 6,000 people registered to vote in New Hampshire for the presidential election had used out-of-state drivers’ licenses — and since then the vast majority have neither obtained an in-state license nor registered a motor vehicle.

The Washington Times reports:

“Since election days, Republicans have charged that a significant number of non-resident Democrats, principally from Massachusetts, flowed into New Hampshire to vote illegally, tilting close elections to their party. Mr. Jasper’s findings give credence, though not outright proof, to those allegations.

“Hillary Clinton defeated Donald Trump in News Hampshire by 2,736 votes. Democratic Sen. Maggie Hassan defeated incumbent Republican Kelly Ayotte by 1,017 votes. Last February, while meeting with senators at the White House, Mr. Trump said he lost New Hampshire because thousands of Massachusetts residents crossed state lines to vote. He also said Mrs. Ayotte lost for the same reason: illegal voting. The liberal media dismissed his allegations. The Boston Globe called them “groundless.”

Nor is this the only evidence of voter fraud. As I previously reported here, the Washington Times previously revealed that limited investigations in small pockets of Maryland and Virginia found hundreds of non-citizens had illegally registered to vote.

“Census data matched to raw survey statistics indicate that as many as two million non-citizens could be registered to vote in the US”, the paper said.

There’s also a suspicion that the truth about voter fraud was covered up by the Obama administration. WND reports that, according to Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of the Houston, Texas-based vote-monitoring nonprofit True the Vote, “no one knows how many non-citizens are voting, because under the Obama administration, attempts to find answers were blocked at every turn.”

States that attempted to pass voter ID legislation or ask for proof of citizenship, she said, were sued by the Department of Justice. True the Vote itself, she said, “was targeted for takedown by the administration because of the work we do: researching illegal votes, calling out election fraud, empowering citizens. We were asking questions they didn’t want answered”.

Now she hopes the true facts about voter fraud can finally be revealed. Then at last the issue will be settled.

Ya think?
