For heaven's sake, Ms. Phillips, please set up some form of registration system for posters. I'm sure you'll find that once people are compelled to provide a legitimate e-mail address (not hotmail, yahoo, etc), the quality of the posts will go way up, and the level of overt prejudice will disappear almost completely.
